Quest-eeze provides equestrian, pet, country clothing, feeds, fencing, smallholder and farm supplies delivered to your door. Our delivery times and prices vary depending on what you order, its weight and availability. But, rest assured: we’ll do our best to get your goods to you as quickly and cheaply as possible. In some cases, this means items may be posted separately or direct from suppliers. Here are our online postal prices for mainland delivery to the UK; overseas orders will be charged an additional sum.
Lightweight delivery £3.75
For single and small items up to 700gm. Signed-for delivery, which usually takes between two and ten working days.
Regular delivery £5.95
For smaller and medium sized items up to 30kg. Delivery usually takes between two and ten working days.
Bulky delivery £12.00
For big, bulky or heavy items. Signed-for delivery, which usually takes between two and ten working days.
Quest-eeze deliveries are generally made during weekdays between 9am and 6pm. All bulky deliveries must be signed for – so if you’re not available when our courier comes, you’ll be left a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery of your package.
Delivery to your door
Signed-for delivery may be made to your home or work address, or the address of a different person – ideal if you’re ordering a gift. Please be sure to enter the correct address details when you place the order.
We hope you won’t need to return any items, but if you do we’ll try to make the process as easy as possible. Please see the instructions below about what to do if a product is not what you expected. In all circumstances, please contact us directly by email or telephone before returning any item. Refunds will be made after satisfactory receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
If you’ve received any items that are defective, damaged before delivery or did not meet their advertised description, you may return it to us within 28 days of the date of receipt. You will be entitled to a full refund or replacement item, at no further cost.
Goods found to be faulty after 28 days of receipt will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your concerns.
If you’ve changed your mind about buying a product, we’ll happily take it back for a refund within seven days of delivery – providing the item is unused, undamaged and complete in its unopened original packaging. In most cases you will be responsible for postage costs, which may not be refunded.
Certain goods are excluded from this offer, including personalised or custom-made products, feeds, supplements, unsealed consumables, swimwear, underwear, gift vouchers, unsealed audio or video recordings, computer software and business-to-business transactions.
